Dr. Joesph Yaros will be presenting on “International Swine Production and introduction to Foreign Animal Disease” for the first, 2019-2020 Swine Medicine Talks Webinar on Wednesday, November 6th, 2019 at 6:00 PM CDT. Dr. Yaros received his DVM from the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and joined Pipestone Veterinary Services shortly after graduation. Dr. Yaros spends the majority of his time in the Minnesota, Iowa, and South Dakota areas helping independent producers make their businesses as profitable as possible, but has also, for the past 2 years, been spending time in China working with pork producers and been on the front lines of the fight against African Swine Fever.
