Christine Mainquist-Whigham, VM4, received a $5,000 scholarship for the top student oral presentation at the annual American Association of Swine Veterinarians (AASV) meeting for her work, “Residue Depletion Profile of Ampicillin Trihydrate in Cull Sows.”  Scott Radke was also a recipient of a scholarship for his oral presentation on Seneca Valley Virus (SVV).  Former SMEC interns and students, Jessica Davenport a UGA student, Nic Lauterbach an ISU student, Chelsea Stewart an ISU student, Emily Mahan-Riggs a NCSU student, Chelsea Ruston an ISU Student, and Nic Lauterbach an ISU Student all qualified for the poster presentation at AASV.
