Congratulations, Meredith Peterson! Each year, SMEC helps select a recipient for the Nelda Christian Graduate Pork Fellowship Scholarship through the Iowa Pork Producers Association.

Meredith is currently a fourth year veterinary student at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her interest in swine has developed during her time at ISU, initially as an intern through the Swine Veterinary Internship Program (SVIP). She has also assisted SMEC with several research projects.
